Adams Rite 8800C36-US32D RIM EXIT DEVICE
The "Starwheel" patent "bolt secures the door to the frame.
Construction with strength and durability for excellent security
Simple to install
Clean sight lines with unobtrusive design
Materials: Pushbar constructed of aluminum extrusion
Device is non-handed; the field reversible lever entry trim.
Pushbar Length: 36 dimensional "openings. Field cutting of standard width bars is possible to the next smallest opening width.
Suits 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" standard door thickness.
Stile Width: No less than 2 "Fits medium, wide, and thin stile aluminum doors.
Projection: 1-5/8" when hampered, 2-5/8" when fully projected.
Standard dogging using a hex key.
Standard self-tapping screws are used as fasteners.
Accepts any common rimmed cylinder (Function 03): Cylinder x Fixed Pull (Not Included)
Cylinder lengths between 1" and 1-1/4" can be accommodated by the 3080 Entry Trim (Functions 08, 09), which accepts any standard diameter mortise cylinder with MS cam (Available separately).
Five-year limited warranty.
Bolt, Starwheel:
1. The deadlocking slide springs over, locking the starwheel bolt to the strike as the door closes, and the interlocking noseguard and starwheel bolt close around the strike.
2. With this special interlock, which offers strong security and prevents jamb spreading, when the pushbar is depressed, the deadlocking slide pulls back, allowing the door to unlock from the strike.
Hardened steel strike with standard and narrow variants for lining up doors in four "jamb. (The two strikes are combined)
