Mortise Locks

The 8800 Series is the Grade 1 mortise lock line, listed by function and lever design, such as a classroom lock with a Carmel lever and CN escutcheon in satin chromium plated finish, rated for 3 hour fire doors with a 10 year limited warranty. Electric versions sit in the 8800 Series Electric Mortise Locks group, including 8890FL fail safe locks at 24VAC or DC, supplied less cylinder, and request to exit versions. Cylindrical and Tubular Lever Locks

The 5400LN Series is the Grade 1 cylindrical lever line, listed to ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 1 and UL Listed, with lever designs such as Augusta and functions from passage and closet latch through entry, and the 5407LN entry chassis and lever support springs for the 5300LN Series are listed as service parts. The 4700LN and 5300LN cover the rest of the cylindrical range, and the 4600LN Series is the Grade 2 cylindrical lever line, with latchbolt parts such as a plain latchbolt on a 2-3/8 inch backset with a 2-1/4 by 1 inch round front. Residential YRL tubular parts include adjustable drive-in latches, radius corner latches and SC1 5-pin keyed different lever cylinders.

Exit Devices, Trim and Parts

The 7000 Series pushpad exit devices cover rim, mortise, surface vertical rod and concealed vertical rod openings, such as a Grade 1 metal door concealed vertical rod device with a wide stile pushpad, a 36 inch device for a 96 inch door height, hex key dogging and field reversible handing. Parts are listed by device: top latch and bracket assemblies and bottom bolt cases for 7220 and 7160 devices, cylinder mounting screws, torsion springs and rim strikes that fit 1800, 2100, 6100, 7100 and 7180 devices. Older and flatbar lines are supported too, including 1500 and 1530 mortise bodies with lever trim in F08 function, 1800 and 2100 flatbar devices and 6000 Series rim latches.

For openings that need power, electric latch retraction devices pair with a controller that runs one or two devices, and key removable mullions are listed up to 7 feet. SecureX SDA exit alarms cover battery powered door alarms with remote mounting.

nexTouch Keypad Locks and Assure Smart Locks

nexTouch stand-alone locks are commercial keypad locks listed UL and cUL for 3 hour doors, in pushbutton keypad and capacitive touchscreen versions, with cylindrical and sectional mortise bodies, conventional or SFIC cylinder preps, Z-Wave models and accessories such as a 3-wire door position sensor. On the residential side, Assure and YRD deadbolts cover touchscreen and pushbutton keyed models, with Schlage C keyway cylinders, fire cup kits, drive latches and radio modules including a Z-Wave Plus 700 series module and a Zigbee HA1.2 generation 2 module.

Door Closers and Closer Parts

Closer listings run to arms, covers, brackets and stops more often than complete closers. The 3000 Series covers size 1 to 6 closers with stop and spring arms in hold open and non-hold open versions, the 51 Series includes a size 5 closer for regular, parallel and top jamb mounting, and 4400 Series parts include parallel arms with a 289 soffit plate and plastic covers. Adjustable offset brackets for arched doors are listed for the 1900 Series, and removable stops fit 3000 and 4400 Series arms.

Cylinders, Key Blanks and Keying Tools

Yale cylinders and keys cover 6-pin key blanks in PARA and GMK multiplex keyways, 7-pin blanks in keyways such as TA, and emergency keys for mortise locks. Cylinder options include LFIC mortise housings with a 2160 cam in 1-11/16 inch, 7-pin SFIC mortise cylinders and conventional mortise cylinders. Cylinder parts include recessed collars for mortise and rim cylinders, Adams Rite cams and cam kits, and keying tools include pin kits in stepped increments.

Auxiliary Locks and Lock Parts

Auxiliary locks include jimmy proof deadlocks in single cylinder versions with flat strikes. Lock parts and accessories make up much of this catalog, covering deadbolt assemblies for D100 and D200 Series locks on a 2-3/8 inch backset, latchbolts, lock chassis, lever support springs, retainer clips, set screws, strikes and finish parts.
