The HES 4300 Series Electric Strike is designed with a 1/4" horizontal adjustment to maximize installation flexibility. It is built to resolve common issues found with auxiliary latch pins in Adams Rite® locks, and its tall cavity design provides reliable operation even on doors affected by sag. The shallow 1-1/16" backset allows use in frames with limited depth. Units ship with up to four interchangeable faceplates, making it adaptable to different frame preparations. The strike supports both 12 & 24 VDC and 12–24 VAC power input. Each package includes a trim skirt to cover poor cuts, plus a removable fascia that allows color changes in the field to match frames. The 4300CC7-DKBZ-32D version combines all of these features with two finish options included in one box, ensuring readiness for most installations. As the best option in the 4300 Series, it delivers maximum flexibility, taller latch clearance, and cost-effective adaptability. The 4300 Series is suitable for aluminum, hollow metal, or wood frame doors where frame depth, sagging, or latch clearance issues are common. It is particularly well-suited for retrofits and field adjustments due to its interchangeable faceplates, shallow backset, and trim skirt.
