Takex Reflective Beam Sensors

A reflective beam puts the transmitter and the receiver in one housing and bounces the beam off a passive reflector on the other side. Only one end is wired and powered, so the far side carries a passive reflector.

The unit listed is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, for applications where a beam-break is wanted but running wire to both ends is impractical.

The reflector side and the front cover are listed as separate parts, so a damaged cover or a cracked reflector is replaced rather than the whole sensor. L brackets for both the unit and the reflector are listed in the main catalog.
