SOSS Invisible Hinges and Door Hardware

Invisible Hinges
Hinges are chosen by two numbers: the hinge length and the minimum door thickness it needs. The range runs from 1 inch and 1-1/2 inch models for 1/2 to 5/8 inch and 11/16 inch doors, through 2-3/8 and 3-3/4 inch models, up to 4-5/8 inch models for 1-3/8 and 1-3/4 inch doors and larger models for 2 inch doors.
Finishes are listed as US26D satin chrome, US4 satin brass, US15 satin nickel, US19 black e-coated and US10BL oil rubbed bronze lacquered. Smaller sizes are supplied carded as a pair, larger models are listed one each, and a fire rated version of the 4-5/8 inch hinge is listed for rated openings.
Spring Closer and Power Transfer Hinges
Two variants do more than swing the door. Spring closer hinges put the closer inside the hinge itself, listed at 6-1/4 inch and 7 inch for doors from 1-3/8 inch up to 2 inch thick, so a door self closes with nothing mounted on the face. Power transfer hinges are listed at 4-5/8 inch in .4 AMP and 1 AMP versions, for an electrified lock.
Barrel Hinges
Barrel hinges are listed for light applications, in solid brass at 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm and 16mm, with minimum door thickness stepping up with the size from 7/16 inch to 7/8 inch.
Door Holders and Latches
Alongside the hinges are magnetic door holders and stops at 3-5/16 by 1-3/4 inch in several finishes, and the UltraLatch, listed as a complete unit with a privacy latch for a 1-3/4 inch door on a 2-3/4 inch backset.
