Door Holders, Monitoring Strikes & Bathroom Controls

SDC accessories cover magnetic door holders, communicating bathroom controls and packages, monitoring strikes, and door status switches.

EH series magnetic door holders, including the EH201224A and EH2024120A semi-flush models, hold doors open and release the door by remote switch or fire life safety command center activation, with a typical holding force of 25 to 40 pounds, in flush, semi-flush, surface, and floor mount styles.

For communicating bathrooms, the CB401-AU and CB402-AU push switches lock both doors for privacy when pressed and unlock both doors when pressed again, the CBP-EM-81 is a communicating bath package with 650lb EMLocks, and the WRC-2B is a two button wireless pendant transmitter. MS series monitoring strikes such as the MS-12D retrofit standard door strikes and report cylindrical lock latch or deadbolt status, and the DPS-11 electromechanical ball switch works with swinging or sliding doors.
