Protech Technologies SDI-76XL-MIL-LT - Ladder and Tower LT Dual Technology Sensor – Wide Angle, 10 to 28 VDC, Lens H

The Protech SDI-76XL-MIL-LT is a purpose-built special configuration that combines the enhanced MIL-spec PIRAMID sensor with the proven LT (Ladder and Tower) look-down housing, direction control functionality, and wide-angle Lens H - delivering USAF-approved Protection Level 1 detection in a downward-facing mount. This dual technology sensor pairs Protech's proprietary Stereo Doppler X-band microwave (10.525 GHz) with a dual element passive infrared detector in an And Gate configuration, requiring both technologies to activate simultaneously for an alarm.

The MIL-enhanced detection algorithm provides superior sensitivity to slow-moving, fast-moving, and crawling intruders climbing ladders, towers, fire escapes, and vertical structures. The integrated 3-position direction control switch set to "Approach Only" detects targets climbing upward while intelligently ignoring rain, snow, and debris moving away from the sensor.

Shipped complete with a PH-6DL look-down wall bracket, outdoor shroud, and Lens H pre-installed, this sensor covers up to 50 ft. x 50 ft. (15m x 15m) and operates across a wide 10 to 28 VDC input range with a temperature tolerance of -40°F to +158°F (-40°C to +70°C). Optional PH-6 or PH-6JB ladder mounting brackets are available for caged and non-caged ladder installations.
