People Counters

People Counters & Door Chimes

Potter Amseco people counters chime as people pass through an entrance and keep a count of entries and exits, using infrared beams or an overhead camera.

The EBP-407C door annunciator system uses dual-counter, dual active infrared technology: its invisible beams trigger a chime, the signal differentiates between entry and exit, and the dual entry/exit counter registers a count each time the beams are interrupted. The EWP-202C is a two channel wireless system that sends a dual beam across the doorway to a reflector, announces the entrance or exit of customers with a chime, and records each event on a built-in digital counter, with an alert mode that sounds a built-in siren. Listed applications include malls, office buildings, liquor stores, warehouses, parking structures, and medical offices. The VDP-100 video people counter combines an overhead camera with a counter unit and distinguishes a person walking through from a cart or other object.

The CM-4 and CM-4L electronic chimes work as stand-alone door chimes with a push button or integrate with the EBP-407C and EWP-202C, and the CM-4L adds an LED light designed for the hearing impaired. Transmitters, a wireless receiver, a reflector, and chime kits are also listed.
