Detectors for Fire Alarm and Burglary Panels

The CM-E1 is a low voltage carbon monoxide detector for UL Listed Fire Alarm/Burglary control panels, with a 10 year electrochemical sensor. It is tested to UL 2075 using UL 2034 sensitivity limits and California State Fire Marshal listed, and panels that work on 12 or 24 VDC can provide its battery backup. The GD-2A combustible gas detector monitors for methane and propane with a solid state sensor that needs no maintenance or recalibration, and it is UL listed and CSFM approved. Detector Controllers for Garages and Commercial Spaces

The GD-6 is an all-in-one detector, controller and transducer that lets you select methane (NG), propane (LP) or hydrogen (H2) detection, with automatic feedback and fan control for parking garages, battery rooms and maintenance facilities. The CM-6 carbon monoxide detector, controller and transducer runs an exhaust fan with relay actuation set at 25, 35, 50 or 100 ppm and comes factory calibrated. Both are in the low voltage 6 Series with the CX-6 dual CO/NO2, TX-6-ND, TX-6-HS and OX-6. The line voltage 12 Series, including the CM-12 and GD-12, runs on 100-240VAC with dual relays and selectable 4-20mA output, buzzer and digital display options.

Control Panels, Accessories and Sensors

The DVP-120M detection and ventilation panel supports 12 analog inputs and up to 87 digital detectors, with 3 configurable ventilation zones, 3 SPDT fan/alarm relays, 3 RS-485 channels, a backlit LCD and external horn and strobe drivers, and the MRS-485 adapter converts the 4-20mA signal of 6-Series detectors for multipoint addressable systems; see control panels. The WHK-1 weatherproof housing kit fits Macurco standard 4x4 gas detectors, and the HS-B blue horn strobe works with Macurco control panels and 6-Series detectors. Accessories include the CX/TX-CH calibration hood for CX, TX, OX and GD detectors and the DMK-1 duct mount kit, and replacement sensors include the ND-SENSOR for the TX-6-ND.

Calibration and Test Gas

Calibration kits such as the CAL-KIT-1 include a calibration case, 2 ft of Tygon tubing, a calibration hood pack and a 0.2 LPM regulator, and GD-6 replacement gases come in 34L cylinders of methane, propane or hydrogen. For field test gas, the CM-E1-FTG lets installers do a quick functionality test of CM-E1 and CM-6 CO sensors, and gas cylinders include nitrogen dioxide calibration gas.
