Kantech Four-Door Ethernet Controller

The KT-400 is an Ethernet-ready 4-door controller with an onboard Ethernet port, so no external IP device is needed. It uses 128-bit AES encryption for all communications with EntraPass, polls the network only when an event occurs, and can operate without a host PC or server in standalone mode. It supports 8 readers with EntraPass or 4 in standalone mode (Kantech ioProx XSF and ioSmart readers only), 16 monitored points, and a supervised 12 VDC battery of 7 or 12 Ah for up to 12 hours of operation.

The KT-400-PCB is the board-only version with the KT-400-ACC accessory kit (four 1.0K ohm and thirty two 5.6K ohm resistors, ground wire, battery connector and screwdriver). The TR1675 wire-in transformer steps 110 VAC down to 16.5 VAC at 75 VA and is UL approved. The KT-400-CAB black metal cabinet includes a KT-LOCK lock and keys, and the KT-400-CON is a removable terminal block spare kit.

Expansion modules include the KT-MOD-REL8 8-relay module, a 16-zone input module and a 16-output module, each with a KT-MOD-SPI-16 SPI cable.
