The Honeywell MPA2MPSU MAXPRO Access Control Panel provides network-based door security and credential management for commercial offices, educational facilities, healthcare buildings, warehouses, and multi-site properties. This complete two-door configuration includes the MPA2C3 controller, lockable metal enclosure, integrated power supply, and 12V backup battery. The controller accommodates up to four readers across two controlled doors, supporting entry and exit credential verification through compatible Wiegand and OSDP devices. Its integrated access management capabilities include cardholder authorization, programmable access schedules, door monitoring, alarm event reporting, and electronic lock control. The MPA2 platform also supports migration from compatible Honeywell NetAXS systems, allowing facilities to modernize existing access control infrastructure while retaining supported readers and door hardware.

The MPA2MPSU operates on 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz input power and incorporates a 13.8 VDC, 3.3A internal power supply for the controller, connected devices, and battery charging. The panel provides a maximum shared internal device power budget of 3A at 12 VDC, including limits of 500 mA per two reader ports and 750 mA per two powered door outputs. Door control connections support externally powered relay switching rated up to 3A at 30 VDC through the appropriate terminals. The metal enclosure measures approximately 14.1 x 16.1 x 4.3 inches (360 x 410 x 110 mm) and provides mounting space for the controller, power supply, and backup battery. Built-in Ethernet, RS-485, and USB-C communication interfaces provide network connectivity, controller expansion, and local service access. Communication between the panel and supported host systems uses TLS 1.2 with AES-256 encryption, while compatible OSDP v2 readers support AES-128 encrypted bidirectional communication. Additional security capabilities include configurable supervised inputs, door position monitoring, request-to-exit integration, panel tamper detection, anti-passback, and programmable access levels. The enclosure features wiring knockouts, removable terminal connections, grounding provisions, and integrated tamper monitoring to simplify installation and maintenance.
