The FP280 is an external flood detection probe designed for use with the Honeywell Home 5821 Wireless Temperature Sensor and Flood Detector. It triggers an alert when as little as 1/4 inch of water covers the probe, making it ideal for moisture-prone areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and basements. The FP280 comes complete with wire and an internal resistor included, simplifying installation.


When paired with the 5821, the FP280 enables simultaneous flood and cold temperature monitoring, and integrates with Resideo Total Connect Remote Services to deliver real-time email or text alerts - helping users respond quickly to potential water damage.
