Most electric strike installations that go wrong do so at the frame rather than the strike: a door that sags, a gap wider than the latch was designed for, a strike lip too short for the frame, or a monitoring requirement nobody mentioned until inspection. HES accessories solve those field problems without replacing the strike.

Stackable lip extensions, such as the 5104 series for 5000 series strikes, lengthen the strike lip so the latch rides smoothly onto the keeper on frames with a deeper profile, and they stack to reach the length a given frame needs. Spacer plates and filler blocks take up gaps behind the strike body, while trim enhancers, keeper pocket adapters, keeper shim packs, and replacement strike plates keep an installed strike aligned and serviceable over its life. Monitor kits such as the OPT-1LM add lock status reporting to 1500 and 1600 series strikes, so the access control system knows the door actually latched rather than only that it was released. For wireless and integrated installations, the range also covers an Aperio radio dongle, credential test cards, and a hard power kit, along with a Torx security bit for tamper-resistant screws and a latch guard for astragal openings.
