Farenhyt WIDP-MONITOR SWIFT Wireless Module

The Farenhyt WIDP-MONITOR is a SWIFT wireless monitor module designed to interface with non-latching contact devices such as security contacts, waterflow switches, and pull stations. It communicates through a proprietary wireless mesh network to a SWIFT gateway, providing secure Class A wireless communication to the fire alarm control panel.

The module is powered by four CR123A lithium batteries with a rated battery life of two years. It includes a panel-controlled LED indicator and a special cover with a built-in tamper magnet. The WIDP-MONITOR is recommended for installation in an SMB500 surface-mount box rather than a metal backbox for best wireless performance, and must be within 3 feet of the monitored device when using field wiring or 20 feet in non-metallic conduit. The device is UL listed and complies with NFPA 72 requirements.
