Don-Jo Strikes, Filler Plates, Wrap Around Plates and Latch Protectors

Strike Plates and Security Strikes
The 9234-630 is a 2-3/4 x 1-1/8 inch T-strike in 13 gauge stainless steel with a satin stainless steel finish. Other strikes include the ST-214 full lip strike (2-1/4 x 1-1/4 inch, 18 gauge), EL-102 and EL-125 extended lip strikes (18 gauge), the EL-204 2-3/4 x 4 inch extended lip strike in 13 gauge, and the 9115 extended lip dimple strike. Security strikes include the FL-212WM, a 12 x 1-3/4 inch, 13 gauge mortise version with a universal center hole, the 8 inch FL-208NM, and the FL-212W4 double hole strike for either 3-5/8 or 4 inch centered locksets.
Filler Plates and Conversion Plates
The CV-86 conversion plate converts a mortise lock 86 cut out to a 161 cylindrical latch in 8 x 1-1/4 inch prime coated steel, and the FPK-86 filler plate kit for an 86 cut out contains the EF-86 and FS-260 in steel, primed for painting. Single filler plates include the EF-161 latch filler plate (2-1/4 x 1-1/8 inch), the FS-260-PC ANSI strike blank filler plate (4-7/8 x 1-1/4 inch), the EF-86-CP mortise edge filler plate and the 9 x 1-1/4 inch EPT-1 electric power transfer filler plate. For electric strike openings, the AF-261 filler plate has a strike hole for the latch and the SMAF-261 has two strike holes for latch and bolt, and the BF-161 hole filler plate is 2-5/8 inches in diameter and covers up to a 2-1/8 inch hole.
Remodeler Plates and Wrap Around Plates
The RP-14-2-630 is a 4.5 x 14 inch remodeler plate with a 2-1/8 inch hole near the bottom, prepped for thru-bolts, for going from a Simplex (L)1000 back to a plain cylindrical lock. RP-13515 remodeler plates are 3-1/2 x 15 inches with a 2-1/8 inch centered hole in satin stainless steel, satin bronze or oil rubbed bronze, with thru-bolt hole versions, and the 5 x 16 inch RP-26CO and RP-26AD are prepped for Schlage CO and AD locks.
Wrap around plates in 22 gauge steel or stainless steel include the 40-PB-CW blank cover plate with trim screws (4-1/4 x 9 inch, for 1-3/4 inch doors), the 946-S-CW for double locks with a 6 inch center and 2-1/8 inch holes for the deadbolt and the cylindrical lock, the 95-S-CW for a Marks cylindrical lever lock, and the 71-S-CW and 81-S-CW 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 inch plates for 1-3/8 and 1-3/4 inch doors. The 14-PB-CW converts from a Simplex 1000 or Alarm Lock to a cylindrical lock, the 26AD-S-CW fits Schlage AD Series locks, the 214C-S-CW fits 2-1/4 inch thick doors, and the 504-S-FE is a 12 x 1 inch plate with a mortise lock edge prep. Many plates are BAA qualified with a USA country of origin.
Latch Protectors for Outswinging and Aluminum Doors
For outswinging doors, the MLP-211 completely covers the strike with a 3 x 11 inch, 12 gauge steel plate furnished with two sets of carriage bolts, washers and acorn cap nuts, and the MELP-210 and LELP-208 are made for doors with electric strikes and completely encase the keeper, with the LELP-208 cut to clear 3-3/4 inch rose trim. The PLP-111 and PLP-211 add a solid steel pin that prevents spreading of the door from the frame, the BLP-210 uses concealed welded studs, and the ULP-111 is a 3-1/2 x 11-3/4 inch universal latch protector in 12 gauge stainless steel.
For aluminum doors, the LP-307 fits over the cylinder with a 3/8 inch offset and is reversible, and the handed GLP-307 solves pull handle interference. The LP-312 and LP-312P fit outswinging doors with an Adams Rite lock at a 1-1/8 inch backset.
Door Pulls, Push Plates, Bolts and Door Stops
Push and pull hardware includes the 7015-630 pull plate (3-1/2 x 15 inch) with a 6 inch CTC pull, the PS-13515 push plate, the 71-613 4 x 16 inch oil rubbed bronze push plate, the 21-628 door pull with a 12 inch CTC, the 35-628 surface mount cast pull, 1156-628 and 1158-628 90 degree offset pulls, and the 1157147 push/pull set with a 33 inch CTC push bar. The 1555-626 manual flush bolt for metal doors has a 12 inch rod and fits standard ANSI prep for metal doors (ANSI A156.16), and the 1578-626 is an 8 inch UL rated surface bolt furnished with rim and mortise strikes.
Door stops and protection include the 1407-630 wrought wall bumper with a 1 inch projection and concave face, the 1608 gray rubber door silencer for metal frames, the 1522-626 door holder, the HDCC-2012 heavy duty crash chain (20-1/2 inch, gray vinyl cover) and the 84-630 panic device end protector.
