Exit Control Locks

The ECL-230D is a battery-powered exit control lock with a 1-inch deadbolt and a 100 dB exit alarm for secondary exit doors. It withstands more than 2,200 lb of outside pull force, accepts 5- through 7-pin standard and interchangeable-core rim cylinders, and uses a photoluminescent push plate to mark the exit in low light; locking or unlocking the deadbolt arms or disarms the alarm, and Detex lists it as UL Listed panic hardware, ANSI/BHMA Grade 3. The ECL-230X and the fire-rated ECL-600 round out the exit control locks, and the DDH-2250 double door holder locks an outswinging double door's inactive leaf when used with Detex exit control locks.

Exit and Door Prop Alarms

The EAX-2500S is a hardwired AC/DC exit alarm with a 100dB sounder that fits a typical 4"x4" outlet box, and the EAX-500 is a surface mount battery alarm supplied with a sensor kit and EA-561 warning sign. The EAX-3500 timed bypass alarm can be bypassed for deliveries and garbage disposal but not disabled, and the EAX-300 is a battery-powered 100dB door prop alarm. Exit Devices

The Value Series V40 is Grade 1 panic and fire exit hardware at an economical price, and the V40-HD-628-99-36 withstands over 1400 pounds of static pull force. Advantex devices are super-heavy-duty panic and fire exit hardware, from the 10 and 40 Series rim devices to surface and concealed vertical rod and mortise lock models.

Operators, Mullions, Power and Access Control

AO19 automatic operators are low energy surface mounted electromechanical door operators for single, double and double egress doors. Mullions include keyed removable mullions from 7 to 10 ft, power supplies and logic controllers include the Series 800 81-800, which transforms 120VAC to regulated and filtered 24VDC, and access control covers anti-tailgate detection systems and a stand-alone keypad.
