Corbin Key Blanks and Restricted Keyways

Corbin key blanks come in 5-pin, 6-pin and 7-pin versions for keyways such as 981, 59C1, H5, H8, 59A2, 60, 59D1, 59A1, D1 and D3, and for master sections such as H81, N1x13M, D12, 59AD and 59CD. Many keyways are also listed as "Do Not Duplicate" blanks, including the 981, 59A2, 59D1 and the H81 master section, and standard Corbin key blank listings are BAA qualified with a USA country of origin. Restricted DND keyway blanks with a stamped bow are listed for H01, 62B1 and 62B2, and the CRA-6PIN-38-AP is an Access 3 AP key blank.

Cylinders, Interchangeable Cores and Cylinder Parts

Conventional cylinders include 2000-033 cylinders for CL3300, CL3500, CL3800 and CL3600 locks (June 2000 and after), such as the 2000-033-57A1 in satin chrome, mortise cylinders from 1-1/8 to 2-3/4 inches long with A01 cloverleaf, A02 straight, A03 Adams Rite or A06 Schlage L cams, and 3000-200 6-pin rim cylinders. For interchangeable core systems, 8000 cylinders are 6-pin interchangeable cores in keyways such as N12 and 59B1, CR8000 LFIC cores come 0-bit in 6-pin and 7-pin, CR1070 1-1/4 inch LFIC mortise housings and CR3040 7-pin SFIC rim housings hold the cores, and the CR8000-CT6R is a red 6-pin construction core. The K157ET is a cylinder-only nightlatch in the L4 keyway.

Cylinder parts include 217F44-2 6-pin brass spring covers sold in quantities of 100, 488F08-8 mortise cylinder set screw packets, 697F507 pyramid cylinder springs in 100 packs and 631F248 C6/C7 LFIC tailpiece kits.

Mortise Locks and Electrified Mortise Locks

ML2000 Series mortise locks are Grade 1, BAA qualified and field reversible, with a 3 hour fire rating and a 10 year limited warranty. Sellers include ML2057 storeroom or closet lockbodies, the ML2067 apartment or dormitory lock with the LW lever and M escutcheon, ML2055 classroom locks and ML2051 entrance or office lockbodies, with ML2020 privacy, ML2072 classroom intruder, ML2022 store door and ML2060 privacy locks also listed. ML193 outside indicators show VACANT/OCCUPIED and ML194 inside indicators show UNLOCKED/LOCKED in green and red.

ML20900 Series electrified mortise locks include the ML20906 fail secure lock, with the outside grip locked when not energized and an outside cylinder override, and the ML20907 fail safe lock, with the outside grip locked when energized and no cylinder override. M92 versions add request to exit and touchbar monitoring or signaling, and M91 versions add a latchbolt monitor. ML2000 parts include the 483F35-8 interior lever adjuster bolt, the 684F05-5 stop and 684F06-8 stop screw, the 519F10 thumbturn lever packet, the 605F42 emergency key for the ML2020, ML2030 and ML2060, and the 499F83-8 door spindle.

Cylindrical Lever Locks, Knob Locks and Deadlocks

CL3800 Series Grade 2 cylindrical lever locks include the CL3851 entrance or office lock with the Newport lever and a conventional cylinder, fire rated 3 hours and backed by a 7 year limited warranty, along with CL3857 storeroom or closet locks with a conventional cylinder or LFIC prep and CL3810 passage, CL3861 entry and CL3880 passage x blank plate versions. CL3300 Series Grade 1 cylindrical lever locks are UL listed to ANSI A156.2, Series 4000, Grade 1; the CLX3359 is a Grade 1 barrier free storeroom lock with a D rose, and the CL33905 is a Grade 1 electrified fail secure lever lock with 6-pin LFIC prep. CL3700 half dummy and privacy locks, CK4410 Grade 2 Global knob passage locks, the DL3117 Grade 1 classroom deadbolt and the DL4112 double cylinder mortise deadlock are listed as well.

Exit Devices, Exit Trim and Exit Device Parts

ED5000 Series pushpad exit devices include the ED5200S SecureBolt exit device with motorized latch retraction, the ED5200 rim device with motorized latch retraction, touchbar monitoring and REX, and the ED5600L mortise exit device, all 36 inch in satin stainless steel with a 5 year limited warranty. The ED4200 M94 is a narrow stile rim exit device with electric latch retraction, the ED2200 and ED8200 are Grade 1 wide stile pushpad rim devices, the ED2200A is a 48 inch fire-rated device, and the ED2400 is a surface vertical rod device for a 7'0" door height.

Exit trim includes the N9905 fail secure lever trim for 24VAC/DC, N9903ET fail safe trim, A910ET passage trim, N859ET storeroom trim, PR855ET classroom trim and P1857ET nightlatch trim with a wing pull. Parts include the 704F88-8 high impact end clamp packet, the 650F35-8 active head for ED5200 devices, the 698F379 solenoid and circuit board assembly for M94 electric latch retraction devices, 650F54-8 top strike packets and 704F62 end caps for ED4000/ED5000 devices, the 704F269 delayed egress PC board, the 727F228 MELR retrofit kit for ED4000 36 inch narrow style devices and the 678F109 M61 alarm board.

Door Closers and Closer Parts

DC6000 Series closers are Grade 1 surface closers in sizes 1 to 6, non-handed with a full cover, fire rated 3 hours and backed by a 25 year limited warranty. Sellers include the DC6210 with a double lever arm and PA bracket for push or pull side mounting, the DC6416 parallel arm closer, and the DC6240 and DC6230 slide track closers for push or pull side mounting. The DC3210 is a Grade 1 DC3000 Series closer with a 15 year limited warranty, the DC8210 is a DC8000 Series closer with a parallel arm spring stop, and the DC62930ET is a 24VAC electromechanical closer-holder.

Closer parts include the 615F52 HD spring stop arm for 28 to 32 inch door widths, 689F12 DC6000 closer bodies, 689F04 heavy-duty parallel arms with backstop and hold-open, 688F77 regular arms with hold-open, 754F12 push side tracks and 754F25 drop plates for DC8000 closers.

Padlocks, Key Systems and Service Tools

PL5000 Series padlocks such as the PL5070-258 with a hardened steel shackle and the PL5270-258 with a stainless steel shackle have LFIC prep (less core) and a 2-5/8 inch shackle, and the PL5200R is a rekeyable fixed core padlock. Service equipment includes the PK-1070 pin kit for System 70 and Pre-System 70, 752, 852 and A class keyways (not for System 70 Security), the PK-30-MASTER Access 3 pin kit, the 239F37-7 key gauge for all Corbin key classes, and 59A1 and L4 standard cut control keys.
