Adams Rite Electric Strikes

Adams Rite electric strikes bring remote control to aluminum, hollow metal, and hollow wood doors, locking or releasing on AC or DC power and integrating with keypads, card readers, and other access control. Models are configured for fail-safe or fail-secure operation, come in a range of sizes and architectural finishes, and include burglary-resistant and fire-rated options, with buzzer versions that signal when a door is released. They work with Adams Rite deadlatches, mortise and cylindrical locksets, and rim exit devices.

7100 Series for Deadlatches & Cylindrical Locks

The 7100 Series works with Adams Rite deadlatches and cylindrical locksets that have a 1/2-inch to 5/8-inch latchbolt projection, the most common pairing for narrow-stile aluminum entrances. Lip extensions adapt the strike to thick doors, center-hung doors, and other non-standard conditions.

7160, 7170 & 7200 for Mortise & Cylindrical Locks

For mortise and cylindrical locksets, the 7160 fits narrow aluminum stile doors while the 7170 is designed for hollow metal and wood doors, with many models certified for burglary resistance. The fire-rated 7200 Series serves metal doors and works with mortise and cylindrical locksets up to a 3/4-inch latchbolt projection without a deadbolt.

UltraLine 7400 & Rim Exit Strikes

The UltraLine 7400 Series is a heavy-duty strike for hollow metal, hollow wood, and aluminum doors, with an ultra-compact body, an adjustable stainless steel keeper, and more than 1,500 pounds of holding force. The UltraLine 74R1 and 74R2 work with rim exit devices fitted with 3/4-inch Pullman latchbolts, and the 7800 works with rim exit devices that use an interlocking or starwheel latchbolt, all delivering over 1,500 pounds of holding force in fail-secure mode across aluminum, metal, and wood applications.
