The UTC Interlogix 1045WG-5PKG is a package of 5 brown surface mount contacts with wire leads. The unit features a wider make distance (3"),which permits faster installation, accommodates greater misalignment and works better on steel without time-consuming brackets. A wider break distance helps prevent false alarms caused by loose fitting doors. Sentrol-specified contacts keep the 1045W-N from sticking or freezing on seldom-used doors. The unit features a closed loop contact.
