The Schlage MT15-485 Multi-Technology Reader delivers advanced flexibility and performance in a compact single-gang wall-mount form factor. Designed to support both 125 kHz proximity and 13.56 MHz contactless smart card technologies, this reader enables organizations to transition seamlessly from older proximity systems to modern encrypted credentials at their own pace. Multi-Technology Capability

The MT15-485 supports a wide array of credential formats including MIFARE Classic®, MIFARE Plus®, MIFARE DESFire EV1, and card serial numbers (CSN) of other manufacturers’ smart credentials. It is also compatible with NFC-enabled smartphones utilizing Schlage or aptiQ® mobile credentials, making it ideal for facilities modernizing their access systems.

Installation and Integration
