The Protech SDI-76-G Indoor PIRAMID Sensor is a high-density, dual-technology intrusion detector designed for demanding indoor security environments requiring maximum detection detail and sensitivity.

Using PROTECH’s advanced Stereo Doppler microwave technology combined with a dual-element passive infrared (PIR) system, the SDI-76-G requires both technologies to activate simultaneously before generating an alarm-significantly improving nuisance-alarm rejection compared to single-technology detectors.

Equipped with Lens H, the high-density optical module, the SDI-76-G provides a 75 ft × 75 ft coverage pattern with 50+ PIR protection zones and an 88-degree field of view, enabling high-resolution detection of subtle movement, including crawling intruders or small-scale motion that may be missed by standard lenses. The SDI-76-G also includes Balanced Temperature Compensation, maintaining stable performance as ambient temperatures rise into the 90s, and offers full digital adjustment for range, sensitivity, and immunity settings. Rugged all-metal housing, walk-test LEDs, and optional FF-3 fluorescent filter compatibility further enhance reliability in commercial, industrial, and high-security indoor installations.
