A 19 mile extender? Sounds too good to be true...but it isn't!

This kit increases connection range by 1,000 feet over multimode fiber, and by 19 miles over singlemode fiber, in a point-to-point configuration. Includes hard plastic carrying case and Hirose power cable for HD camcorder. Capable of supporting 2.97/3.0 Gbps uncompressed, unencrypted digital video transmissions in television facilities.

The 3G-SDI Fiber Extender Kit allows one HD-SDI channel to be transmitted up to 1,000 ft (300m) via one multimode fiber or 19mi (30km) via one singlemode fiber in a point-to-point configuration. The HD-SDI Fiber Extender Kit supports transmission of up to 2.97/3.0 Gbps uncompressed, un-encrypted digital video within television facilities and between professional video equipment. The 500710 includes a Hirose power cable for HD camcorder applications and comes with a hard plastic carry case.
