The Keri Systems NXT-C is a standard light proximity credential designed for access control systems using Keri NXT Series readers. The card combines a thin 0.059-inch ABS construction with a factory-punched vertical hanging slot, allowing users to carry the credential in a wallet or attach it to a badge clip, reel, or lanyard. Its clamshell-style construction provides a durable credential for employee, tenant, visitor, and other controlled-access applications.

The NXT-C uses 96-bit encrypted communication between the card and compatible NXT readers and is assigned a unique identification code for access control enrollment. Keri manages NXT credential identification to prevent duplicate credential numbers within the supported format. NXT credentials are designed specifically for the Keri NXT access control platform and are not compatible with Keri Doors/PXL family products.

The NXT-C measures approximately 3.38 inches high x 2.14 inches wide x 0.059 inches thick (86 x 54 x 1.5 mm), weighs approximately 0.31 oz (8.8 g), and is manufactured from ABS in an off-white finish. Published NXT-C specifications list read ranges of up to 4 inches with an NXT-1R reader, 5 inches with an NXT-3R reader, and 6 inches with an NXT-5R reader under clean RF and electrical conditions with the card presented parallel to the reader surface.

The Keri Systems NXT-C operates across a published temperature range of -40 F to 158 F (-40 C to 70 C) and 0% to 100% non-condensing humidity. Keri backs the Standard Light Proximity Card with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
