The Keri Systems MS-5000BX is a smallest readers, 3.4 "long x 1.4" broad x 0.38" thick (86mm x 36mm x 10mm), and mounts to a metal window or door frame or wall. Up to 4 " (10cm). The 4.3 "109mm long x 3.0" broad x 0.38" thick; may be installed on a single-gang electrical box or wall. Read range is up to 6" (15cm) when mounted at least one inch off metal. Read range will be decreased if the reader is placed using a metal electrical connection box. When used with a PXL-250, PXL-100, or IntelliProx, a beeper and multicolored LED indicate the reader's status. MS-5000 MiniStar Reader is waterproof and shockproof.
