The Gentex 8240P is a 24VDC Photoelectric Smoke Detector with a Piezo Horn designed for industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential buildings.

Featuring form A/C contacts, a three position test switch, and a pulsing LED sensing chamber, the Gentex 8240P Smoke Detector is backed by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase.

The Gentex 8240P smoke detector comes with an LED condition indicator, an insect-proof screen, and a quick disconnect wiring harness. Equpped with a reverse/local 90dBA Piezo horn, this smoke detector boasts 2.5% sensitivity, a 5 to 1 signal to noise ratio, and a latching circuit.
