The Folger Adam 712-75 24D 612 LBMLCM is a 712-75 Series Electric Strike with a 24 VDC configuration, also featuring a Locking Cam and Latchbolt Monitor Switch, in Satin Bronze. The Folger Adam 712-75 series electric strikes are made for use with cylindrical locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices in hollow metal frame applications. These strikes feature a horizontally adjustable keeper to compensate for door and frame misalignment, and a 3/4" keeper depth. The 712-75 series strikes feature a static strength of 1,500 lbs., and a dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs.
