The Folger Adam 310-2 3/4OB 12D 629 is a 310-2 Series Electric Strike with a 12 VDC configuration, in Bright Stainless Steel. The Folger Adam 310-2 3/4 OB series electric strikes are heavy duty, commercial grade electric strikes made for use with cylindrical locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices on pairs of doors without a door coordinator. The 310-2 3/4 OB series has a static strength rating of 1,500 lbs., and a dynamic strength rating of 70 ft-lbs. These strikes are tamper resistant, and constructed entirely of stainless steel for added strength and corrosion resistance.
