The Edwards 92 Series AdaptaBeacon Light Duty strobe is portable and produces excellent light. Every time the strobe flashes, complementary fresnels cause the dome to "fill" with light. By increasing the AdaptaBeacon "on-time," this design element enhances viewer perception. External fresnel lenses extend the beam distance. Six hues of lenses are offered: red, amber, blue, green, magenta, and clear.

The power supply comes with the trigger and timing circuits for the 92 Series. As only the strobe tube needs to be replaced, replacement expenses are decreased.

Designed for installation either inside or outside. It might be box mounted on a 4" (102mm) octagon box on any plane, 1/2" (13mm) conduit, or direct. However, vertical positioning guarantees the widest beam projection possible. The dome of the unit must be set up vertically for weatherproof installations. Can be wall mounted or put in a corner using the Cat. No. WBR wall mount bracket or Cat. No. CBR corner mount bracket. To provide further defense against lens damage, there is a cat. no. 92-GRD lens guard available. For accessories, see AdaptaBeacon.

Strobes from the 92 Series have been created for light-duty uses in industrial, commercial, and institutional settings where intermittent visual signaling is needed for a brief period of time. They are ideally suited for installations where high ambient light levels make traditional rotating or flashing lights difficult to distinguish or where ambient noise levels make audible signals difficult to hear.
