The linear strobe tube housed inside a polycarbonate fresnel lens of the Edwards 117 Series Strobes produces a vivid visual indication. They have a NEMA Type 4X casing and can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications that call for dependable visual signaling. The lens of the device should face upward when positioned outside.
The low profile 117 Class, which is intended for industrial, commercial, and institutional applications, can be used on tow motors and other vehicles as well as in industrial wash down situations. The strobe lights from Edwards are especially useful in noisy environments when hearing protection is required and audible communications might not be heard or comprehended.
