The Dynalock 3000TJ30-DSM is a 1500 pound holding force top jamb-mounted electromagnetic lock designed to secure a single-inswinging door that. The unit is equipped with a door status switch that signals if a door is closed or ajar and has a satin aluminum finish.
The 3000TJ30-DSM's coil and housing assembly mounts rigidly to the door frame while the armature mounts to the door in a manner that allows it to pivot slightly to compensate for door irregularities. When the door is closed and the lock is energized the armature is magnetically bonded to the lock face, thus securing the door without utilizing any moving parts.
The 3000TJ30-DSM is designed for life safety and high security on rated or nonrated doors and frames. The unit can be used in commercial, industrial or institutional openings where maximum security is required.
