Dynalock 1661-12VAC-US32D Electric Rim Strike, 12VAC, Brushed Stainless Steel

The Dynalock 1661-12VAC-US32D electric strike for rim exit device is universally adaptable to suit all door and frame types and accommodate rim exit devices with 1/2 to 3/4 latch projection. The unit features a hazard free radius design and an attractive architectural appearance. For surface applications, a frame depth of 1-5/8 is required (for the electrical insert). Specify the RMP option for semi-mortise applications. To simplify ordering and speed installation, the strike features 12VAC or VDC operation and is fully reversible for left and right-hand doors.

The 1661-12VAC-US32D has convenient slotted horizontal holes on the faceplate to aid alignment with the exit device. Locking socket allen-head cap screws are included to prevent loosening resulting from continual door usage. Alignment problems are easily handled with our horizontally adjustable electrical insert. The faceplate does not need to be moved. Typical applications include non-fire rated doors in most commercial, industrial, institutional centers, retail outlets and health care facilities. The unit features a brushed stainless steel finish.
