The Dynalock 1300-24-ARSB-BPS-DPSM-MB is a 24VAC/VDC mortise electric lock with fail safe technology that automatically disengages the deadbolt in the event of a power failure.

Thanks to its compact design, this mortise lock is able to fit in tight spaces where conventional locks do not. With a number of mounting options to choose from, the 1300-24-ARSB-BPS-DPSM-MB features a silent operation, comes backed by a lifetime warranty, and has a ball-type, auto-relock switch. The unit also is equipped with a bolt position switch, a ball type door position switch and a mounting bracket.
