Bosch Security NEZ-5230-PPCW4 UTODOME IP 5000 HD, 1080P30 30X DAY/NIG

The white NEZ-5230-PPCW4 AUTODOME IP 5000 HD 30x 2MP Camera from Bosch is a compact indoor PTZ dome camera with a 2MP HD sensor and a 30x optical zoom that enables operators to monitor expansive settings without sacrificing fine details. To aid security personnel in recognizing activity features in a scene, the camera employs powerful algorithms to ensure that the subject remains in sharp focus when zooming in or tracking. The 30x zoom lens with 2MP resolution provides an appropriate magnification ratio for identifying individuals from up to 623 feet away. The AUTODOME IP camera, in conjunction with the Bosch Video Security App, makes it easier to maintain control of your home's security when you're away. Using the camera's built-in Dynamic Transcoding technology, you may stream high-resolution H.264 video, remotely pan/tilt/zoom the camera, and search recorded movies using mobile devices such as smart phones or tablets, all over a low-bandwidth network connection.

Three predefined user modes
The camera includes three pre-tuned scene modes to accommodate the diverse indoor lighting conditions. Users are able to configure the system without having to go through many imaging settings.
PTZ Drive and System
256 pre-positions and two types of Guard Tours are supported by the camera. The preset tour supports up to 64 pre-positions with a variable dwell duration between pre-positions, and the order and frequency with which each preset is visited can be modified. Additionally, the camera enables the recording of two 15-minute-long excursions spanning two separate tours. Macro recordings of an operator's movements, including pan, tilt, and zoom actions, that can be played back continuously. The repeatability of pan and tilt presets is precise to within 0.2 . Maximum pan speed is 160 degrees per second, while maximum tilt speed is 120 degrees per second. The camera's manual pan and tilt speeds range from 1 to 120 per second. The camera offers a pan range of up to 360 degrees and a tilt angle of 0 to 90 degrees.
Intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction for Storage and Bandwidth Needs
Intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction is utilized by the camera to actively assess the scene's content and decrease noise artifacts accordingly. The low-noise image and H.264 compression technology produce clear images while decreasing bandwidth and storage by up to 50 percent in comparison to comparable H.264 cameras. This results in bandwidth-reduced streams with good image quality and fluid motion.
Zone-Based Coding
Area-based encoding is an additional characteristic that reduces bandwidth. Set compression parameters for as many as eight user-defined areas. This enables boring portions to be significantly compressed, freeing up more bandwidth for the scene's essential elements. The user can configure encoding regions for each configured preset (scene) in order to raise or reduce encoding quality for selectable sections of the video image. These zones provide enhanced bit rate control. Important portions of the picture (marked as objects in the graphical user interface) are encoded at a high resolution, resulting in an improved encoding quality. Less significant portions are encoded at a lower quality, resulting in a drop in encoding quality.
Privacy Masking
For installations in public areas where privacy of private property is of utmost importance, the camera includes 24 separate privacy masks that are simple to configure, with up to 8 displayed in the same scene. As the camera zooms, each mask changes size smoothly and swiftly, guaranteeing that the covered object cannot be seen in the vast majority of instances.
Superior Streaming
The camera is built on the H. 264 encoding technology and is able to transmit HD video with a little network burden. If the camera determines that there is no motion in the scene, the intelligent encoding capabilities drastically reduce the bandwidth use. The camera is capable of quad streaming, allowing it to be set to give four distinct, adjustable streams for live watching, recording, or distant monitoring on networks with limited bandwidth.
Documentation and Storage Management
To improve the overall recording reliability, a memory card (maximum 32GB microSDHC or 2TB microSDXC) can be utilized for local alarm recording or scheduled local recording. The Bosch Video Recording Manager (VRM) may control recording management, or the camera can use iSCSI targets directly without recording software.
White-Balance Sodium Vapor Lamp
When shooting video beneath a sodium vapor lamp, the camera can record clear images (a street lamp or tunnel lamp, for example). Under these conditions, uncorrected photographs have a yellowish hue, making identification difficult. In the Sodium Vapor White Balance mode, the camera compensates for the light from a sodium vapor lamp to restore the original hue of the subject.
Intelligent Defog
The option can be configured to activate automatically when the camera's global contrast enhancement algorithm detects fog and adds light to the video image (and then deactivates when the fog clears or the scene changes).
Handling of Alarms and Motion Detection
There are numerous setting choices available for the camera's alarms. A built-in algorithm for detecting movement based on presets can also be used for alarm signaling, or the camera can interface with an external alarm source via the alarm I/O ports. A user can additionally schedule virtual alarms. Then, any of the various external alarms, motion alarms, or virtual alarms can be utilized to activate a relay output or force the camera to do specific duties (for example, to start a guard tour or to go to a preset location).
Access Security Three-tiered password protection and 802.1x authentication are supported. Installing the optional encryption site license for the video and audio communication channels to be individually AES-encrypted using 128-bit keys.
Full-Featured Viewing Software
Accessing the camera's functionality is possible through a Web browser, the Bosch Video Management System, the free Bosch Video Client, the Video Security App, and third-party software.
Bosch Video Security App NEZ-5230-PPCW4 AUTODOME IP camera has Dynamic Transcoding technology, which enables remote access to camera controls, live video streams, recordings, and HD photos from any location, regardless of available bandwidth, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Dynamic Transcoding intelligently adapts the bit rate to the available bandwidth to offer a seamless video streaming experience. When the video is paused at an occurrence, an instantaneous still image in full HD is displayed.
System Integration
The camera meets the ONVIF Profile S requirements. This ensures compatibility with network video products from any manufacturer. Third-party integrators can readily access the camera's internal feature set for use in large-scale applications.
Dual Energy Choices
The NEZ-5230-PPCW4 is powered by either an IEEE 802.3at PoE+ switch or a 24 VAC power supply. While using PoE+, customers also have the option to connect the camera to a 24 VAC power supply for added system dependability.
Easy Upgrade
Upgrade the camera's firmware remotely whenever it becomes available. This guarantees that items are current.
