The FLEXIDOME IP starlight 8000i - 2MP X-series camera features a 1/1.8" sensor, starlight X and HDR X technologies, and a resolution of HD 1080p. It is part of the company's X-series of cameras. With its starlight X-technology, it achieves the ideal harmony between a high resolution and an extremely high sensitivity to low light, which enables it to produce highly detailed images even in the most difficult of settings. Through the use of HDR X, the camera is able to record video that has a wide dynamic range across a variety of light levels and is free of motion artifacts when recording moving subjects. Objects in rapid motion can be caught with relative ease at frame rates of up to 60 frames per second. Because the camera has the capability of remote commissioning, the installation and commissioning processes can be completed in a relatively short amount of time. You can pan, tilt, roll, and zoom (PTRZ) and aim the camera at the appropriate field of view with a single click using a personal computer or a mobile device equipped with the Bosch Project Assistant software. All of this can be accomplished without ever moving the camera or lens.
