American Fibertek PSR-2H

The American Fibertek PSR-2H is a redundant power supply plug in unit for the SR-20H series of sub rack card cage. The PSR-2H provides AC to DC conversion from mains voltage and supplies power to the distribution bus of the SR-20H series sub rack.

As a system, the SR-20H and 2 PSR-2H units can be combined with application cards including transmitters, receivers and transceivers for a large variety of fiber optic video, voice and data applications.

The PSR-2H is a hot standby redundant power supply. Two PSR-2H power supplies with the SR-20H sub rack provides hot standby load sharing with seamless switchover in the event of either unit failing or losing input power.

Two PSR-2H power supplies are recommended as replacements for the PSR-1M and PSR-1S redundant power supplies.
