The Alarm Lock 104X12 Electric Deadbolt is a compact electric deadbolt lock simple to install on all types of doors. The door can be locked or unlocked by a number of methods, such as remote switch, key switch, time programmer or any other electrical contact which interrupts the power. Model 104X12 is the non-standard "fail-secure" unit, in a 12V configuration that projects the bolt only while power is "off." When the power is "on" the bolt retracts.
