Adams Rite 8410-27136 MORTISE EXIT DEVICE

The grade 1 narrow stile mortise exit devices from the Adams Rite 8400 Series are for
glass doors with aluminum stiles and a 2" minimum stile.
Almost any exit door condition is compatible with this Mortise exit only pushbar gadget.

Model 8410-27136 features RHR door handing for a 36" door opening width, 628 Clear Anodized faceplate and pushbar finishes, and 31/32" Backset.

All Adams Rite exit devices fully comply with building codes and ADA requirements for clearance and accessibility. Pushbars maintain a low-profile, are smooth and quiet when activated, which reduces maintenance of the bar while at the same time increases its shelf life. Beautiful and demonstrated high-performance devices. Extruded aluminum push bars with clean, slim lines that increase flexibility and appearance consistency.

Pushbar Length

-Standard Sizes: Dimensional for 30 , 36 , 42 & 48 openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width. Backsets available in 31/32 , 1-1/8 , 1-1/2 .

Door Thickness

-Suits 1-3/4 standard. Can be modified for thicker doors.

Stile Width

-Minimum 2 Stile. Fits Narrow, Medium and Wide Stile aluminum doors.

Projection

-2-5/8 when fully projected. 1-5/8 when dogged.

Materials

-Pushbar made of extruded aluminum.

Dogging

-Standard dogging with hex key or cylinder dogging option. Electric dogging also available.

Fasteners

-Standard self-tapping screws.

Strike

-Made of stainless steel. Supplied with exit device. See Strike options.

Cylinders (order separately)

-Cylinder x Fixed Pull: (Function 3). Accepts any standard Mortise cylinder. Entry Lever or Thumbturn: (Functions 08, 09, 11, 12). Accepts any standard diameter Mortise cylinder with MS cam. Accommodates cylinder lengths from 1 to 1-1/4 .
