Applied to Adams Rite Deadlatches from Series 4300, 4500, and 4900
The cylinder set screw holds the cam plug in place inside the lock body.
By removing a spring clip, flipping the cam, and reinstalling the clip, the handle can be reversed.
The plug is securely fastened to the handle escutcheon by built-in anti-rotation pins, and the handling is simply reversed thanks to the push-and-release cam design.
