Adams Rite 2190-311-302-32D DEADBOLT/DEADLATCH SATIN STAINLESS

The access control features of a latch and the security of a deadbolt are combined in the 2190-311-302-32D series Deadlock/Deadlatch. The deadbolt (and deadlatch) can be extended and retracted from either side using the key. The inner lever simultaneously retracts the lock and latch for quick, simple, panic-proof exiting while the exterior lever merely retracts the latch. The latch holdback feature is engaged or disabled by rotating the key to retract the latch and sliding the holdback button on the faceplate downward to hold and upward to release. It's made for outward-swinging doors.
