Access Control Power Supplies & Regulator Modules

The SDC 631 series are 1.5A power supplies and chargers developed specifically to support electric locks and access controls, offered as the 631RF and as large box 631RFA versions. This category also holds the 12VR voltage regulator module.

The 12VR enables dual 12VDC and 24VDC output capability on an SDC 600 series power supply: with the power supply output set at 24VDC for locking devices, the 12VR provides a separate 12VDC, 500 mA output for 12VDC access controllers and readers, so separate power supplies for 12VDC and 24VDC requirements are not needed. With batteries added to the built in battery charger, both outputs have battery backup.

The 631RF has a selectable 12VDC or 24VDC secondary output at 1.5 amps, poly fuse protected, a PTC protected battery charger output of 250mA at 13.5 or 27VDC, and a fused 115VAC, 800mA, 50/60 Hz input, with 220/230VAC optional but not UL Listed. Its cabinet is 20 gauge steel, and 631RFA versions use 16 gauge steel. Versions include the 631RF-PC with a 6' power cord, the 631RFA-KL with a key locked cover, the 631RFAUR2A large box power supply with a UR2-4, the 631RFAXUR2-4 with a four station programmable controller with six selectable output modes, and the 631RFA-UR2-4 access control power controller.
