Frame Actuator Controlled Mortise Locksets

These SDC HiTower locksets consist of a mechanical door lock controlled by an electric actuator installed in the frame. All access control and monitoring wires are maintained in the frame, power transfer hinges and wires through the door are not required, and the door stays latched even when unlocked, maintaining fire door integrity.

The Z7530RCQLG is a HiTower Pro right-handed lockset, locked from both sides with failsafe operation, with a Galaxy with rose lever trim, a 24 VDC actuator, a latch status monitor, and a satin chrome finish. The Z7550LCQG and Z7550RCQG are left and right handed locksets locked from the outside only with failsafe operation, each with an SDC lock, a Galaxy with rose lever handle, and a 24 VDC actuator. The Z7550LCQG is listed as ANSI Grade 1 compliant, UL Listed for 3 hr 'A' label fire rated doors, and CSFM and MEA Listed, and it fits a standard ANSI 4-7/8 inch strike prep, has key latch retraction, and is compatible with Schlage lever trim provided by others.

Actuators in this series operate at 24 VDC, 24 VAC, or 115 VAC. Features include alignment compensation for wide door gaps up to 0.3125 inch (8 mm) and a choice of two actuator sizes for standard or narrow frames.
