400M SERIES
Manual Release Request-to-Exit Switches
SDC 400M series request-to-exit switches combine an illuminated PUSH TO EXIT push button with a fixed 30 second relock delay, in single gang and narrow versions with a stainless steel finish.
The 423MU is a single gang wall mount request-to-exit switch with a 2 inch green button, and the 413MNU is the narrow version. In failsafe mode the switch releases the lock when power to the switch is lost, and the timer is retriggerable, so pushing the switch at any time restarts the timer cycle. Input is 35mA at 12/24VDC. The 400M series exit switch complies with national fire and building code requirements for manual releasing devices as specified for access-controlled egress doors.
The 423MUR has a red button, and LED versions such as the 423MUL1G and 413MNUL1R add one green or one red LED.
