The Seco-Larm RM-R100-KB1Q 1-room occupancy monitor kit contains a sensor, a 1-room indicator, a USB cable, and decals, powered by 12VDC or USB. The RM-R100-R2Q is a 2-room indicator with a dual channel LED receiver, and the RM-R100-RB1Q is a 1-room indicator with a buzzer.
