Wisenet WAVE VMS

Wisenet WAVE Licensing

WAVE is licensed by stream, not by server, so the licenses are bought alongside the hardware and move with the system rather than being tied to one box.

Professional licenses enable IP stream recording and are listed in packs of one and four, so a system is licensed to the exact camera count and extended later by adding more. Embedded recorder licenses are a different thing: they enable playback of channels from a Hanwha embedded recorder inside WAVE, listed per four and eight channels.

Both include life-time software upgrades with no annual or maintenance cost, which is the figure to compare against platforms that charge yearly.

See WAVE servers and NVRs, or browse the full Samsung by Hanwha catalog. Contact our team with your camera and recorder count and we can work out the licenses.
