PTZ Control Keyboards and Joysticks

A PTZ is only as good as the operator's control of it, and a mouse is a poor substitute for a joystick when following something across a site.

Serial keyboards connect over RS-485 and RS-422 and drive up to 255 PTZ cameras, domes, DVRs and matrix switchers using multiple protocols, which is what a legacy analog system needs. USB joystick controllers work through the viewer software on a PC instead.

IP system keyboards add a touch screen TFT LCD with an interchangeable 3D joystick and jog shuttle that can be set for left or right handed use.
