Rosslare Proximity, PIN and Smart Card Readers

These readers each work with one credential technology, which keeps them simple to specify. Proximity readers run at 125 kHz with 26 bit Wiegand output in weatherproof US gang box and micro mullion housings, and PIN code readers cover 3x4 and 2x6 keypads including piezoelectric models with rugged metal construction for harsh environments.

Convertible readers span both: a unit works as a keypad or keypad and proximity reader on any standard controller, or converts into a fully featured 500 user standalone controller on a Rosslare intelligent power supply, and the goPROX line with Genuine HID Technology decides which role to take automatically. Smart card readers work at 13.56 MHz, covering MIFARE Classic EV1 serial number and sector models and the O2S line for MIFARE Plus and DESFire EV1. A clock and data reader module and an EM card desktop reader round out the branch.
