The Fireray 3000 end to end infrared optical beam smoke detector was created to protect large, open spaces with high ceilings, and it is especially well suited where smoke detectors positioned on the ceiling are difficult to physically access.

The range includes the Fireray 3000-103 beam detector, listed at 16.5 feet to 396 feet with its controller, and the F5000-103 Fireray 5000 auto align beam detector, supported by the 5000-003 controller and 5000-031 head and prism. Accessories cover mounting and service: universal and adjustment brackets, prism alignment adaptor plates, reflector brackets, a long range prism kit, a commissioning and maintenance kit, protective cages, and a ceiling pendant mount for end to end units.
