Notifier FRM-1 Relay Control Module

The Notifier FRM-1 is an intelligent addressable relay module that provides Notifier fire alarm control panels with a dry-contact output for activating auxiliary devices such as fans, dampers, door holders, and other control equipment. Addressability allows the dry contact to be activated on a select basis, either manually or through panel programming.

The relay contains two isolated sets of Form C contacts operating as a DPDT switch. No supervision is provided for the notification appliance circuit. The FRM-1 mounts to a 4-inch square electrical box, features rotary address switches, and includes a panel-controlled status LED. It is compatible with FlashScan and CLIP protocols and may also be used to reset four-wire smoke detector power.
