Notifier FCM-1 Supervised Control Module

The Notifier FCM-1 is an intelligent addressable control module that provides Notifier fire alarm control panels with a circuit for notification appliances such as horns, strobes, and speakers. Addressability allows the FCM-1 to be activated on a select zone or area-of-coverage basis, either manually or through panel programming.

The module supervises Class B (Style Y) or Class A (Style Z) notification or control circuits. Upon command from the panel, it disconnects supervision and connects the external power supply across the load device in the proper polarity. The external power supply is always relay-isolated from the SLC loop. The FCM-1 mounts to a 4-inch square electrical box with a minimum depth of 2-1/8 inches and features rotary address switches for direct-dial entry of addresses from 01 to 159. It supports both FlashScan and CLIP protocols.
