Is my E-Digital Series Lock backed by a warranty?

Yes, E-Digital Series Locks, like the E-930R, are backed by a one year warranty from the date of purchase.

In the first 12 months, if the lock becomes defective, the manufacturer will replace or repair the lock at no cost to the customer. However, the warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, installation errors, or unauthorized modifications. In order to be eligible for lock servicing or replacement, the warranty documentation (warranty card) must be presented to the serviceman, along with the malfunctioning lock in question. Failure to furnish the warranty card will make you ineligible for product replacement (so hold on to that warranty card!).
